''Experience which Tops the Charts''
Words alone cannot describe the incredible experience my family and I had on our tour with the Cape of Good Hope Tours. My Family will return home with the best experience of their life.

Enjoy your private tour at your own pace and leisure. Your local professional tour guide will introduce you to the wonders of Cape Agulhas the southernmost point of Africa.
We begin our Cape Agulhus Tour departing Cape Town through Sir Lowry’s to the Overberg region until we meet and follow the R326 and R316.
En route stop we over at Bredasdorp where we will visit the shipwreck museum dedicated to 150 ships which met their fate along the treacherous Cape coastline. A notable feature of the museum is that the artefacts on display are mostly originals salvaged from the wrecks at Cape Agulhas. Treasures to be seen include savaged coins, cannons, maps and more.
We then make our way through to the Agulhas National Park. First we visit the Agulhas lighthouse which is the second oldest working lighthouse in the country. Here we visit the museum attached and enjoy the panoramic views of the reserve.
Finally, we reach the pathway which leads us down to the southernmost point of Africa. Cape Agulhas translated as the ‘Cape of Needles’ known as such due to its rocky coastline is the meeting place of the Indian and Atlantic oceans. Here we marvel at the scenic views of this mighty continent’s end point and also get to view the monument dedicated to the landmark.
The reserve is also home to over 2000 plant species in its 20 000 ha area. Spring starts from mid-August to September of which the landscape fills with gentle shades of green, orange, yellows and purple given to the rich variety of flowering plants.
We then make our way back to Cape Town observing the sights we did not see earlier in the day including a visit to stony point in Betty’s Bay known for its abundance of wild African penguins.
Visibility & fog determines route followed on that day.
